  • All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Delivery costs are shown separately and added at checkout.

  • We accept payment via  Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.

  • Payment must be authorised before we ship your order.

  • We deliver within the UK and internationally. Delivery times and costs vary by location and method selected.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs checks, or events outside our control.

  • Risk of loss passes to you once the products are delivered.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:

    • unworn and unwashed,

    • in their original packaging,

    • with all tags and labels attached.

  • Certain items (e.g., underwear, swimwear, or personalised products) cannot be returned for hygiene/customisation reasons unless faulty.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving your return.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability.
